We finally got some fresh snow today! once we got up to a decent elevation the snow was actually really good. If you can't tell we were a little excited about it.
It seems as though the fuel pump on my sled might be getting tired and have to be replaced. Its time to get back on the Ski-Doo now anyway!

These newer Polaris are notorious for quick drive failure. I said that a few weeks ago. I figured it was only a matter of time before your quick drive broke. I would be carrying an extra primary gear and quick drive belt on the Polaris. But thats just me. Will be interesting to see how this effects you're review at the end of the season. It's a brand new sled and its riddled with issues. I definitely feel out of the box/factory crate the Skidoo is the better snowmobile. Just my 2 cents

Been riding Polaris Quick sleds since 2013 . Quick drive belts usually fail from the Ratchting Track. Its caused by high shock loads from the track ratcheting then hooking up again. Quick drive belt can not take the same stress as the track . Matts track shows that it has been ratcheting a time or two . My 2 cents worth . Polaris should use real Extroverts.

@@olovfernquist1422 Except for the fact that the engine was a weird one time deal, sucks yes but likely the Doo will never be a problem again; whereas the Polaris needs attention they will likely not even fix under warranty and cannot correct from their OEM parts catalog. The drivers are a design issue so you have to buy aftermarket, track is wrecked and likely no warranty, belt no warranty. Fuel pumps are on back order and a prolific issue. Sounds fun to me, like I said they are great handling sleds but riddled with issues.
