If this is lost recipe then give us the recipe so people can preserve it. Write the ingredients and methods of making it. So future generation can learn and teach their young. Tq.

This is made slightly different in certain telugu areas. They are called aviri kudumu, made mainly on the vinayaka chavithi. I grew up eating them. Yummy!!!!

गोल करंजी , ऊपलब्ध साहित्यात शिजवली । मोदकासारखी फक्त २पीठांचे मिश्रण । पातोळे असेच करतात फक्त १स्तरातच । हे खूप छान लागणार नाही ।

In karnataka its called kadbu. btw, we use only rice flour. n we have varieties of kadbu.

Because it's jaunsari. Sida roti is similar to siddu made in himachal. They can be both sweet and savoury.
