If you were going to watch 3 movies in theaters (~5-6 hours of content), even going to matinées to save on money, you would spend ~$21-$40. Good content is good content, if you are looking to offset it, find AAA games on sale and enjoy! but Indie developers are in far more need to make every ¢ for their games as that means they can hopefully keep making fun and original games. If it looks like fun, buy it, and buy it at full price!

There’s physical release but they keep pushing the release date back it was suppose to release in mar 2024 now they are saying april of 2025

Nice would have potentially missed this...what is this boring title..but the Momodora games are fun and this looks super nice as well. Probably wait for a sale though

I just finished the game. The combat system does feel sluggish at first but when you really learn how to play it's clever design becomes more apparent. It encourages the player to be thoughtful about their attacks instead of button bashing. I really liked it.

​@@chazlewis8114 exactly, I like there is monentum in the attacks depending on the weapons just like older titles. Many metroidvanias nowadays sell fast paced attacks and spectacle, I played others that looked cool at first but then got bored. I hope this one I'll like more when I try.
