Hey Brett, if you actually wanna remove stuff from spawnlist, especially the stuff you give yourself in the beginning, here's a tip: Spawn pedestals with items you wanna have and/or remove from spawnlist. And take the items. Here's the command: spawn 5.100.[item_number] Item numbers can be quickly found by using your favourite g command. The spawn command I gave you works only with item ID's.

I have lost a run many a time by something stupid like that. It is usually the spikes though. I have a shite controller that will occasionally list my character to the left so you can imagine that has cost many many runs as well. Like when I finally made it all the way to mega satan as the keeper and I accidentally picked up monstro's lung, causing my tear rate to go down to nothing.
