Portal I forget it I mentioned this if so I apologize I think i forgot but I wanted to say I would enjoy a couple playlist for your channel. It’s so much easier to keep listening back to back with playlists. Also I often listen to my favorite channels when falling to sleep so they are perfect for that as well. Lastly do you own a substantial treasure book or magazine collection that you use for research? Just curious. I unfortunately somehow got into the treasure memorabilia collecting lol. So love the older books, magazines, maps. I’m looking at the buying the Gold House trilogy on Victoria peak just today actually! Let’s just say they aren’t asking for $30 each lol. They have them in kindle but I alway end up getting the kindle version then a month later I’m buying the physical copy lol.

@treasurehuntingusa1 yes, I need to organize a playlist for Lost treaure and lost mines so people can go from one to another story. I really enjoy all that historical stuff too. I do have a couple old publications and find some stories here and there in old Desert magazines and other places. I've also done most of the very famous stories by now so it can be a little more challenging researching the lesser known stories and sometimes you just have to go with how the story appeared in say a 1940 Desert magazine issue. Everyone today thinks they are an expert, and it seems that negative comments are more rampant than ever before. So I greatly appreciate the nice comments, because it is a mixed bag lately and the good stuff keeps me going!

@@portalofwisdom8858 it took me a year to really believe their were so many awful people out there. I couldn’t believe it. It’s one thing to be ignorant. It’s another to be ignorant and cocky lol. Those are the worst. Where do they live :). Don’t they have a mom or dad or brother or best friend to put them in check lol. Do they really go around working at that level of emotional intelligence. Everyone has advice like you said but since we are both in same genre I will say don’t let them run you off. Delete the comments that should be deleted. Then second time kick them out for good. You will without question get the feee speech comments of which NOT ONE will have came from a place of sincerity!!! So who cares. That really helped me. I am an entrepreneur and I can say with confidence this genre has in it the ability to grow very large and just as important is very efficient channels. I could go on forever lol. I just think we are living in a very special time that we will eventually look back and realize it was the start of the idea of realizing we all have a potential to monetize. Everyone. You know the saying 15 minutes of fame. Although not perfect that goes a long way to explaining what i mean. It will get to the point where people will be able to leverage the perception of their monetization potential and sell it or get loans against it. Geez sorry. This is not suitable format for this stuff but point is you can be making 100jk a year with. 5k subs. It can and is happening.

The Gasden Purchase was in 1853-54, so all the area south of the Gila River was already the US by this time. So I'm not sure what you are referring to.
