Fir kabhi nahi hoti. Just we have to mention about lost. So police will give certificate of lost

original FIR format is different for minor. seems like the applicant should know the format . police doesn't automatically give it .

Hope your issue has been resolved.fyi- In dis case..Your passport is damaged.. Don't ever take visa risk on this passport. Might you'll get your visa but couldn't not travel

Mne mera exam dena hai PTE ka isliye passport jaldi se jaldi chahiye kya m police report ke baad passport Tatkal me apply kr skta hu kyuki normal appointment date 3 month baad ki mil rhi hai or tatkal ki date 5 din baad ki please help me🙏

You have to apply for reissue of passport. In that case they can either reject or accept your request. So it's better that you go to your RPO and ask them to resolve your query.
