They opened for Ajikan back in Dec 2007! Thats where i discovered Lostage :) Such a great band

Lostage's sound feels like a jumble of Nirvana, Dinosaur Jr, Sonic Youth, Fugazi, Pixies, etc. It is introverted and dark. They have a stronger alternative rock and emo influence, and use odd time signatures and dissonance in their songs without hesitation. Asian kung-fu generation, of course, have that kind of band sound, but they also add a certain "pleasant and freshness" to it, like the Blue Hearts, Green Day, and Oasis. Interestingly, Lostage does not make any political statements at all. But Asian kung-fu generation do.
