high speed how much speed and how much crit? Would like to try this build myself

Full speed with high jewels to reduce cooltime Not sure how high but i think it was about 1830+ and 10jewel to use R skill three times in real play You might see in video that i cannot use it three times that much in real play, so this build is not that much strong in real play XD
