Ian's past absolutely overshadows anything & everything you could ever say positive about this band. It's extremely unfortunate but it's reality. Coincidentally I met Ian not too far from where this was recorded after a show at the Odeon. There's no separating the art from the artist here.

Its all up to the listener and how they see and feel about the music. Nothing wrong with listening to Lostprophets, only problem would be promoting Ian and saying he didn’t do anything wrong or something

Every live show I have ever watched online has just been amazing, their songs didn't change for me either, I don't feel like anyone has matched what Lostprophets did, they just got a load of things right that everyone else struggles to do. One thing I hate is how the whole band is now just seen as "Ian", there were many others in the band who were equally/more talented

Nope. Dude has money. Say what you want about him for what he did, but you can't deny that the dude is getting enough off of royalties to keep himself safe. As a former inmate, I will educate you on something. 98% of prison inmates value money more than anything. Especially the ones that don't have any. Throw around enough cash and your case suddenly doesn't matter too much. People might not like you, might not kick it with you, but they ain't gonna bite the hand that feeds them either. Morality and the "pedo hate" bandwagon disappear real quick when a pedo is loaded and don't mind spreading the wealth. Sure, you might get a few people that will rise above the greed and try to do something out of principal, but one or two things will happen. They will either basically be warned by everyone who is benefiting from that pedo's presence. "Leave him alone or else" and that will be enough to dissuade the would be vigilante. If there was no warning, or the warning was not heeded, and the vigilante attacks, there will be retaliation. You don't stop a gangbanger/hardcore inmates money flow and get away with it so easy. Expect a shank, a severe beating, or anything else that will make you MUCH worse for wear. Sorry to rain on your parade, but I hate when I see people who clearly know nothing about prison life repeat this trope like its the bible. Yes, it does happen. Pedos get fucked with and fucked up in prison, but not NEARLY as much as people want to think.
