Gotta say, Sub Zero’s portrayal in this game is fucking awesome. You really get the feeling that he’s truly a reformed warrior who’s kept the power he’s collected in his darker days and wishes to use it to prepare potential heroes. Also, it’s cool to analyze how he speaks to the villain characters; almost like he knows them on sight since he used to be one himself. Nice work from the studio and Steve Blum on this.

This is the one thing I love about voice acting, writing, and the model work. Yeah, they recycle lines for different characters, yeah, they're LITERALLY doing the same animations in the intros. But the way they're written, spoken, and animated still do a damn good job.
