In the movies, sure, depending on taste. lorewise: Elrond, you don’t win a beauty contest with a guy who is part angel. Then Glórfindel, who was called fair even by the Noldor of the 1st Age (when Galadriel’s equally gorgeous brothers were running around). But Thranduil would certainly be in the top five: he is a cousin of Thingol after all. The fairest of all the Children of Ilúvatar lorewise was Dior, son of Beren and Lúthien. Too bad he wasn’t as wise as he was beautiful.
