Sunind and Isildur definitely the two top comms for me. Both are loved and hated depending on what end your on. Lets see what this next round of new comms delivers. Great vid and thanks for sharing!

Yes exactly that, and I think both are hated or loved because their counters require the player to step outside the common meta to beat them. Both are counterable, but a lot of people dont want to think about how, they just complain that their Gil galad / WK got smashed and dont stop to think as to why! Thank you for the support!

The Sunland tactics effect that will take effect in the fight is the 25% chance to heal 70% not the 25% chance to deal Bonus DMG, if it were the latter she would indeed broken, but you only gain the absolute trash heal (usually about 2-5k per fight), you only go to the R5 for the subskills. Also you should have also talked about the build utilizing the R3. Which in my opinion is better the getting the -15% DMG you get from the top r0, since if you want to counter her you will use reapers, Dunedains or Snipers so you'll completely bypass the 15% DMG reduction. Instead you could use great beasts to keep them safe for longer and gain basically 27% bonus poison DMG with added anti heal. Also what makes her broken in my opinion is that she can use an Aegis helmet without having to give up bonus DMG like WK as well as having access to pursuit from purple equipment. I guess your counters were specially considering RP in good side, because both Mouth of Sauron, as well as Gothmog are also excellent counters to her, the latter especially if you got access to Warlords. Last season my Gothmog whipped two Suninds back to back no problem and had 1/3-1/2 army left after that.

Thank you for your input, that’s some really great advice. This video was mainly focused on the Sunind I have been facing, I think the R3 build has been a minority for me! Yes indeed my counters are for good side, as that is who I play currently in RP. I will add that to the description to clarify. @@TheHJWgaming the R3 indeed is the minority, which is a good thing, because if all the whales with perfect gear also add great beasts to the mix, keeping the arbalests safe during the convener rounds, I honestly don't even know what you can still do to counter her. Dunedains won't work because of great beasts Evasion won't work because of pursuit Stun and madness won't work do to Aegis In Tactics evolved axe throwers could still work as I think their ability can't be taunted (and they keep the DMG bonus from hitting a large unit!) Otherwise pretty much the only thing you can do is hope that your dain (or other high DMG commander of your chosing) will basically always hit the arbalests till they're dead lol.

Another easy t1 counter from good side: If you have Boromir unique at a good refine level, load him up with Dunedain. Faramir unique is good as well, but you have to use Sniper to kill Orc Archer. So can only do that in non-RP

I thought the same, though last season we tested it as one of my fellowship has 5*4* accessory and it was unspectacular. Not sure why as theoretically it should be perfect!

My Elrond is r12. I want to study Elonde more, but I can't because of the bug. It does not operate normally due to the collision between the convener and the coaltion

@@thrandui852 There is a bug? I was not aware of that! Have you thought about running him without coalition? Elrond R12 I would be interested to see some reports as he seems to be built well for facing Orcs in particular with both Champion of Light and Starlight. Im only R6, but have Starlight maxed and eat gothmogs and Gorbags for breakfast

One of my faction uses him with the 5*3* unique, and actually had surprisingly average results. Still won, but not as dominant as we had using Dunedain gandalf

Annoyingly the footage for some reason did not work - but I can attest that Elrond was exceptional v Sunind. Skilled him with Convener, half elven and boon, then vilyas ring bearer and starlight. Don’t think I lost a single fight v a Sunind with him
