I think the fact the that the three new commanders are not groundbreaking power wise is a HUGE win for the playerbase. Mobile games loves put people on a hamster wheel, and I'm less worried now that iconic characters like Gandalf are going to get their butt kicked but by random characters made up by devs in future seasons.

I’m so ready for season 2. Just started about 2 weeks ago. Little did I know my server was just a break from Bag End. Half or more of the server just up and left one day, same time as another server went into a new season. It’s been so boring/frustrating because at this point only Loth is active, and they’re cheering like taking an empty keep or beating one strong player with 10 of their own is some sort of accomplishment lol. That’s the name of the game I suppose, sometimes your just unlucky with your teammates

My biggest pet peeve is the respect 10 unique gear… how do they expect us to get R 10 and then pay for mithril? Not to mention that with all the requirements, purple gear seems the better route to go for the majority of the player base.

I agree with most points. I would say there is a lot of excitement in mixed servers, though, about being able to obtain new units, test new commanders with mixed army compositions. The people who chose RP willingly deprived themselves of this plethora of testing, discussions and new content. They also implemented a lot of measures to slow the season down, I think.

[from a evil Role-play server perspective] -It would be nice to see rewards for being the best warband of your faction. As people get into a arms race to make a mega faction because the only worthwhile reward if for controlling the ring. Which cannibalizes the other factions player base since people don't have a reason not to jump ship besides the 1500 gems. -More neutral hire camps at various power levels. Right now Evil faction is predominantly T4 (mumas, fell beast and "rhinos"). Which from our experience are all really good units. However, they are all "late-game" expensive units. Which means your hire queue is useless until you are town hall 9. On the flipside the T4 "good" faction hire units are objectively worse in every category so they don't get any play (except for the rare eagles). By allowing hirable units to be "instantly" trained (keeping travel time to base) hire units could be used more frivolously and in reaction to attacks.

It's the constant Fort building, that gets me. It's just frustrating making two or three forts to get somewhere. And by the time i get there it's too late. They need to cut down on the time to construct a fort or add a portal.

The season was over before it began. The developers should have restricted the amount of Players within each kingdom. If 90% of players join 2-3 Races you are screwed. Example; If you selected a Small Group good luck. Only 10-15 players going against 300 players from 3 different Races on your border condemns your group to constant Defense which makes smaller Factions that would have stayed in Game opt- out immediately. Give some sort of Bonus to attract players to smaller groups before they are annihilated.

I think they made the early game slower in season 2 because coming from season 1 you already know the ins and outs of how to play. If you know how to play, you progress us super boosted.

Those mithril stuff are ridiculously expensive Just one piece a day and they cost a lot of gems it is no fine, How can they charge 1000 gems for the T3 ones

They should replace the red book with a commander book where you earn the unique equipment for commanders that you got to Respect 10, as well as resources and gems like in the red book by completing specific battles like how the red book was

I would love to see the ring moving, 100% agree. I wouldn't even mind the faction locations to move instead! I think they will mix it up for "mixed" servers, the game was designed to be "mixed" so I think they'll continue with additional content for these servers. The argument is that Roleplay can't change much as it's "Roleplay". It was so annoying in season 1 as Lindon having to make friends with everyone so we can walk across Middle Earth to get to the ring!

In this game if you are f2p you can move on ONLY IF you have good p2p WHALES and great activity. You’ll grow lot slower, because there are more active players that fight for terrains in mainland. But if you re in a good faction you can Invade and keep grow. If you are in a empty one or almost = you RIP…

I've only spent about $3 as the game is very easy to progress. I don't have many commanders but, now I have the 200-230 tiles the mock battles have helped a lot.

This S2 update is neither f2p nor p2p friendly. 1. Special items - you want to to spend more after I got the commanders to R10? Fine. You want me to spend even more on the special gear? Fine. How about make it at least worth it? And not just another gold gear? And on top of it having to wait 30days. I spend money on games so I can enjoy it while not having to spend too much time on it. Regional buff - the difference 5 skill levels on a commander is day and night, otherwise, why even bother leveling up the respect level on the commanders?? This new update is so stupid.

The mythril is the great equalizer between whales and free to play. This game is the definition of lay to win, as a non payer for the game that has only 1 r5 so far into season 2. I appreciate whales struggling as well.

Welcome to the Gacha Relm LOTR Rise to War player base lol As a former RAID shadow legends and star wars galaxy player, my best advice to you is to ask yourself if you truly enjoy the game. Why are you playing this game? If you like this game and want to play as a f2p or low spender, then strap in because you will need to grind for well over a year to become good at this game. With the turn and burn of the player base in this game, you eventually outlive and float to the top if you play efficiently and don’t burn yourself out! However, whales will always outpace in the game genre. Which is why you should remember why you play this game. If it is win, find a new game.

No Red Book is a bit of a bummer and the Commander's special equipment might be a very slow grind for f2p or low spenders like me. My advice: don't spend any more than you are comfortable with and stay organised. A well coordinated faction, whether they spend or not, is a real struggle to stand against. Play smart and have fun!

No you cant. If you pulled them out the chest last season, you wont have the chance to pull them again in Season 2

Its hard to gather resources in the beggining of Season 2, because they didn't reset the Red Book!! So that kind of slows things when you start new season!

They should really take example on games like Summoners War. There are tons of whales spending but it’s really f2p friendly and that makes for a huge player base and fun and still fruitful for the company

Here a ideal to keep in mind...so in season 1 thier was only one factions tht beat everyone may 2 or 3 but not max right ...season 2 now in server 27 3 full factions and 3 other with a good amount of ppl...guess wht happens next season 3,hmmm well now we have at least 6 or 8 max factions and ppl mad bc thy can't play on the faction they want bc it's max and has to play a faction Noone esle plays witch Intels season 4 every faction with be full or max of ppl so in season 4 I see a slow progression witch gives the game the right to show who can play and think about where to go and wht tiles to take even I learn and wht I want to do next season already as I play and see wht I did wrong in season 1 and 2 season 3 should be my better season
