If packing that many weapons, I'm surprised you don't swap a few out for copies of Fell Voices Call to make them more consistent

Nazguls cant cycle? They cant. Thats why you need a fellowship that can cycle for it and vice-versa. One of the two needs to cycle. I think everyone was glad when they released elbereth, flaming brand and filbert in the mines of moria. Nazguls were broken for over 4 month in the fellowship of the ring so going back to something where nazguls thrive again would just be dull. They had their reign. Theyre still descent but its always a flop on what you can do for site 2 and 3. Nelya ..... bad card. If a deck cant beat nelya in skirmishes, youre just going to win regardless. And no, having 2 burdens or two wounds on the ring-bearer is not an easy task if you dont play any support cards for it. But Realms of the Elf-lords really broked the game with a few cards for the fellowship . Sustain heals from Elrond, Galandriel. Broken aragorn and boromir with horn introduced along with gondor bowmen to make matters worst. And saruman and palantir. Was still fun but everything shifted again. So yea, pretty much every shadow had their reign in that block. The block just ended with uruks being broken near the end but they never dominated throughout the first two sets. It was just a cycle and some people cant seem to get over it. So remaking the cycle again is just whatever lol. ~After that decipher just moved on to the next block.
