I just started getting into this game in March/April of 2023 and I was very disappointed by the basic rule book that comes in all the starter decks. The ones Decipher made for their Star Trek and Star Wars games’ starters were more comprehensive for more complex games. These lack more and tell you to get these products for the full rules. Sadly these are far harder to track down nowadays.
