We are always trash picking on the beach and road here. Especially after winter thaw. We fill several big trash bags over the course of a week. Take the recycle back and toss the money in the kiddos' piggy banks. Its nice to see the tools and methods you use in your videos. Very cool.

Thanks for the vids. Pretty neat. A regular magnet will only pick up the magnetite portion of your black sand out of your gold but a rare earth neodymium one will remove your hematite portion too. I dry wash in Nevada and use a little telescoping mirror and magnet like you get at the auto store for a couple bucks with a candy wrapper over the end. A few old dudes in town keep an eye out for my car coming back into town and race up to the house to buy my gold first. Then it's party time!

Cache (pronounced: "cash")- 1797, "hiding place," from French Canadian trappers' slang, "hiding place for stores and provisions" (1660s), a back-formation from French cacher "to hide, conceal" (13c., Old French cachier), from Vulgar Latin coacticare "store up, collect, compress," *...We like this!!!* 🤑

@@DiamondMinerIvins yeah buddy tell me about it. I try to make a living prospecting and mining solo as much as possible but it can often be extremely challenging. However, all it takes is that one deposit.. that one strike to set you free from a lifetime of working for others in the rat race. That's what motivates me. That and the love I have for the adventure of prospecting.

Like this video. My brother lives in Colorado and is starting to go gold hunting and metal detecting. I go once a week to the American River here in California. I live only 15 minutes from there. Even if you don't find gold on a particular day it is still fun just thinking you might fine some, like going fishing. I find it good therapy. Keep up the good videos that you are putting on.
