Thank for shining a light on this unbalanced mess of a game. I found the experience underwhelming & the difficulty spikes got so horrendous i had to voice my frustration because some reviews are not being upfront & people claiming this what eternights should of been dont know what they're talking about. The simple repetitive combat combined with very similar looking levels using a wackass gaccha system to help pad out & annoy you with difficulty spikes is NOT fun.. save your money for something else unless you really love mechs & waifus then have at it & let me know if you enjoyed it..

I just didn’t care for it. I hate getting hyped for things then it just disappoints me. My next review is the same issue. Hoping to have it up Friday

Very sad, was also looking forward to this game. The fact that they are asking 60$ for it as well is just insulting. One thing I do want to ask tho. How similar is combat to Devil May Cry? (if you have played those games).

Oh god. 45 minutes of tea parties? I honestly don't think I'd have the patience to sit through that much... dialogue. The game looks really pretty, but it definitely doesn't sound like something I'd particularly enjoy, myself. I'll probably skip out on this one. Thanks for the review!

Like I said, very visual novel esque. And yeah it’s gorgeous but that’s all it is. The rest of the gameplay just…isn’t fun

What do you mean they post apocalyptic that hasn’t been explored there a lot of zombies apocalypse game’s and shows like the walking dead and left 4 dead.

Oh yeah for sure we have the zombie trope, but futuristic post apocalyptic settings aren’t touched much

I was originally pretty excited for this game, but when I heard it’s supposed to be a spiritual successor to Crystar, that immediately raised some red flags for me. Crystar was one of those games that I loved the aesthetic, and thought it had some cool ideas, but the execution was sloppy, and I was overall pretty disappointed. Sad to hear that seems to be the case with this game as well.

Harvestella. But I will try it again. 10 hours and ot did not click. I don't care about the charactor yet so that's the issue Pier was disapointed. I get lost easily and the map was near impossible to read Time at potia. Was fun for 15 hours but I didn't feel a pull with the people in the town.

I really enjoyed what I played of Harvestella. I gotta get back and finish it though. It’s been years so I’ll probably start from scratch

I was so excited about this game i almost paid full price which is $90 Canadian im so glad i didnt and waited to watch reviews

That's pretty disappointing, but as someone who has played a lot of Crystar, I'm not really surprised. I hate the gameplay in Crystar, it's kinda terrible. But the story and aesthetic are what kept me locked in. I'll still be picking this up, but I'm sad because I was super hyped for it, too.

Same here; I thought of Crystar when this game was announced, and decided right then and there that I wouldn't buy the game until it released and someone confirmed it's vastly better. I did not think it would be.

@@ShinkySo I hated it, too. I haven't played something this bad probably ever. I honestly wasn't expecting it to suck /that/ hard. Part of me wants to keep trying, but I don't think I'll be finishing it, either.
