I grabbed myself one of these and it flies amazing. I find it handles the wind quite well and I’m able to fly it at the local park without bothering anyone.

Hi Mike! This Flying Fish is my favorite Factory Micro Plane so far. I think they did just about everything right on this one. I always like to have more power ;-) I'm going to be testing my Micro Skyhunter this morning on 4S ;-) I can't wait! See you in the Air!

This plane is easily one of the best micro-sized planes out there. My only (minor) gripe is the decal adhesion, though I haven't done a thorough de-grease or light sand of the wings yet.

Hi Zander! I agree, this one is the best factory micro plane I've flown so far. They seemed to do everything right with this one. Yes, I hate decals, I wish I had some skill at painting ;-) I've not had many decals that come with these planes adhere very well. I typically squeegee a bit of glue along the edges to keep them from peeling up. That seems to help.

Apply the very thin laminating film over the the wings the decals are then held securely in place

Hehehe....I hear ya....I'm still in the process of culling my herd. As soon as I can get caught up on projects it will be time for some more final flights. Having enough space is a harder problem to solve.

Very impressive. It might have 2 tiny motors.. and only 3" props... but they probably add up to the equivalent pulling power of around a 5" on a 1806... but without the torque roll. Are they counter rotating props?

Hi Paul! My favorite factory micro plane ;-) Yes, those little motors and props do the job and are pretty efficient doing it. Yep! Counter Rotating props. I do like having no torque roll and not having to mess with motor angles ;-) See you in the Air!

@@GroundControlRC Nice... spinning inwards or outwards at the top? If I had one I'd want to test both configs to see if I could determine any handling difference. Inwards at the top is supposed to reduce spanwise flow over the wing which helps if there is a tip stall tendancy but it can also cause buffeting on the vertical stabaliser. You would probably need high resolution digital fpv to notice something like that though. I like it.. might pick one up some day.
