This is going to backfire on her, as she has no income coming in to keep giving away money, when she finally gives it all away and broke people will call her stupid for giving away all her money, especially her own family.

As long as she has a good financial advisor, they will have advised her on what to invest money into that will give her an income regardless if she spends the lot or not. That's what I'd do anyway. Protect yourself first.

Id put it in a swiss bank account and spend the interest not the principal. Like a money makin machine. You can get 8 to 12 % with good advice. Here even private banks will push products from the bank on to you. Rubbish rates & fees

No bcoz people only want money. When she needs help no one will help! Once you start giving it becomes habit. I helped many people but no one is there when I need. I am alone doing things no one there. When ever I gave I lost them they ignored. I am only going to help people who have no one have nothing basically homeless

I'd still give money away in her position, but I've learnt when it comes to charities to be a lot more observant and investigate. A lot of the charities tend to abuse how much they earn and give it away more. Rather than donate money, sometimes it's better to find out what they need and buy it for them
