here's the thing. they are at the agency and they are here to date multiple people and learn about their dating habits. when him and lottie first got together she even said he can still go on dates with other people and be a part of the process. don't get me wrong his comment about lottie wasn't cool at all but they weren't exclusive so she can't be mad that he went on other dates and then dated and kissed autumn. she can be mad about the comment but not at him going on other dates. she can't tell him to date other people and then also not want him to date other people. that part is her fault because she didn't clearly communicate her true feelings. the problem here is that now that they are together and are exclusive they have very clearly set the boundaries so she shouldn't be spending the night at another guy's house. as much as I don't love adam he has every right to not be happy with her for spending the night at another guy's house. also if lottie has truly forgiven adam she shouldn't keep bringing up adam's past mistake. also just because she chose to give him another chance doesn't mean that he has to give her another chance.

Loool it's not that he's hurt and can't forgive her, it's that he's not that bothered about her so he's hanging on to this as the perfect excuse to end it without directly breaking it off and looking like the asshole for upsetting her when she wanted to continue with him. This way, it's like the fault of the end is on her and he's free to move on minimal animosity directed towards him.
