Ive been practicing pilates for two years now, and I just recovered from covid 19 and this is helping me get in shape! I have 0 energy and my body feelss like it never ever did any exercise, ,but your videos are so soothing and are giving me hope that Ill bring back my form !

Discovered your classes 5 weeks ago and loving them.! Been doing them every day, modifying where needed as I've just had shoulder surgery & a torn bicep repaired I wasn't allowed to straighten my arm at all until today so this arm class was right on cue for my recovery. I ran it past my Physio & surgeon first obviously as it wouldn't be advisable otherwise. I'm so happy to be able to add pilates now to all my other training, and it's keeping me sane as I was dreading having 3 months of not being able to exercise , thank you Lottie

I'm obviously starting this series later, but this has been a wonderful way to start moving again after what feels like 9 months of sitting cross-legged on my bed. Challenging but gentle and you're so great at guiding me through it. I don't think I've ever felt at home pilates work my upper body this well before!

When the gyms are open again next year here in Berlin (hopefully) and i have built some more strength, I definitely want to try Reformer Pilates too! my boyfriend is very intrigued how I grew abs so quickly in three months and now he is starting with your videos too! Wow, looks like day 4 is my favourite routine in the challenge so far! I'm not a fan of a 'classic' push-ups / plank as I get wrist pain but here all exercises were wrist-friendly and I felt my arms anyway ^^

My shoulders kept clicking during the first and second move (both twist movements) and on the side press-up my elbow hurt during the movement, any idea of what my problem is and how I could fix it? Thank you! (Really enjoying this programme, its my first time doing pilates)

After the brutal past couple of days, I was scared about this one... arms aren't usually easy for me. This wasn't too bad though. I felt it for sure, but I was able to stick with this (& I wasn't sure I would be able to)!

My right elbow is cracking and popping all over the place in the side position, no matter how I place it or how careful I am that it is tracking straight :( do you have any suggestions for an alternative?

Make the movement really small or maybe just hold the modified side plank position rather than doing the actually movement, you'll still build strength. Check you're not hyper extended the elbow joint. x
