• All we need is:
• For Biscuit layer
* 300g Biscoff cookies
• For filling
* 2 cups(450g) cream cheese / Mascarpone
* ½ cup(60g) powdered sugar
* 1tsp vanilla essence
* 1¼cups(300ml) whipping cream, cold
• For the topping
* 250g Lotus biscoff spread
* Biscoff cookie crumbs for decoration (optional)
Dish size 15×25cm
Refrigerate for atleast 30 minutes before serving.

coool, looks good. can the powdered sugar be omitted ? & can the spread be reduced for topping? as lotus biscoff is very sweet
