Lotus Elan M100 89 94 Freeing up a slow Window

window was moving extremely slowly. in this video i show you the rpocess i follow to try and improve a window that moves pretty slowly to something a little more manageable..
at the end it moves better but its still not perfect. just to demonstrate how hard it really is to setup the windows correctly.
