hey, dont know if you heard this before, really enjoying the fact that you're not a fast paced copy cat, thank you for choosing to enjoy the ride on your own pace instead of working months on a single fast paced mess of a video, love your stuff!

These builds are so unique! The whole series feels very refreshing - like something I haven't seen done berofe. Really hope your channel keeps growing - you deserve it! 😊 I'd personally love to see a video where you connect all the builds by forest paths, perhaps plant some fields/flower patches, build light posts and so forth

Thank you! The goal was to add my own unique twist to a Minecraft let's play, so I guess it worked haha.

I had an idea for a similiar kind of theme with fairies reusing cast-off items humans left to the side, but I got about as far as a teapot house with a mushroom growing out of it and a mug house and some landscaping in creative and that was about it. It is so cool to see someone take the idea and run it so much further, do such cool things with it! It really makes me want to try to redo it at some point. I love all the attention you put to each build, like the way the petals on the lotus flower house go in different directions and have slight variations. And the tie ins with the lore are so good!!! :D I only found your videos yesterday, and they're all so creative and great! (Fishing rod as a crane!!!! yes! Incredible, super smart!) Thanks for posting videos! :D

Aw, I appreciate the kind words! This isn't my typical build style but it's definitely a fun style to play around with. You shpuld give it another go and you could always just worldbuild in creative :)

A good justification lore-wise for the lilypad pathways between the structures is that perhaps fairies keep pets/familiars that cannot fly. Or maybe fairy children/elderly cannot fly long distances (perhaps fairy children only get control of their wings at a later age?)

Nothing wrong with elytra! But sometimes traveling by foot or horse just hits different, especially if there's points of interest between builds

Stumbled upon your channel and I'm very impressed by your builds. I've been playing Minecraft for over a decade and I've grown very fond of mods and modpacks, so I mainly watch modded series apart from Hermitcraft. There are very few people who know how to build AND play with mods, so I'm subscribing to support a growing channel and maaaaybe to get to see you play with mods some day, it's completely up to you, of course. I can suggest a wide variety of mods depending on your needs and tastes. For example, at 10:05 you say that there aren't many blocks that float on water, Regions Unexplored adds a lot of biomes and blocks that you could use, flowering lily pads, floating leaves, etc. Chipped also adds a lot of retextures you can use for many blocks, including lily pads, vines, mushrooms, etc. which would help break up the pattern for the lily pad roads connecting your buildings. Anyway, best of luck with your channel, your videos are very well produced and you deserve way more subscribers!

Aw thanks! I had originally planned to make it a Create modded series. But I haven't really played modded at all and wanted it to be accessible to others as well as future proof to official updates. Mods would definitely allow for more decoration and varied block pallets, but I'll have to see in the future!

I love the little cinematic shots with shaders with the replay mod and I think playing with shaders could really enhance the vibe of your videos and builds. Just an idea, and I didn’t see anyone else suggest it so I thought I would throw it out there. If it’s a performance reason you don’t use them, I think even a “performance” shader could really help. Really enjoying this series, I love the unique twist and the DnD feel of world building and lore. I’ll definitely be following along for the rest of the series, can’t wait to see what you do with the rest of the world!

@Shouhi10 ай бұрын
I'll keep em in the description in the future but mostly QOL and ambience mods. Xaeros map, Ambient Sounds, Litematica, Zoomify, Replay Mod, Freecam. In this episode I also added Better Clouds and Simple Fog Control. The only game altering mod is FallingTree, to reduce the grind of collecting wood or making a tree farm.
