I saw many videos here and the first time I saw him was on the PUMPING IRON Video a coule years ago.I was watching it till I knew every scene of it.I was a little obcesed about Bodybulding.He seems very very kind.. and well behaved.LOU, when you ever see this here,I am shaking your hand Digital!! @bizzle187 Not to mention Arnold has that major heart surgery back in '97. With that kind of surgery, you're not allowed to bulk up some more weights anymore with it effect on your ribcages. My dad has something like this & said they has to cut the ribs in order to do the surgery. But nowdays I notice Arnold starting to get back in shape with going back to movies than running the state.

@KingRockets Yes, of course. Partly for the reason I mentioned earlier but also because your posture begins to deteriorate. For example, take Clint Eastwood with his dowager's hump. He used to be 6'4 in his youth but now he's around 6'1 or so. Still, he looks okay for a guy his age.

@Yaspaa Exactly thank you... I was two rows behind Frank Mir at UFC 132 over the weekend & was blown away that he was only like an inch taller than me (I'm 6'0), he didn't look like a 260 pound guy either but I guess the scales don't lie.

The title of this video should be Mir meets Lou. Lou is a legend and a humble one at that. The man would go out of his way for fans, to include sitting down to shoot the shit. Could never say that about Arnold. Those of us in the buisness KNOW who the true winner was. The proof is there lifestyles today.

Bodybuilding height, Ferrigno was never 6'5 or 6'4, he was at most 6'3, 6'2 now. Mir lists himself as 6'1 on his website.

Lou is still taller than Mir. Mir's still atleast 6'2". Mir is clearly an inch up on Shane Carwin, and is at par with Lesnar & Nogueira. Lou here looks looks heavier than Mir, and Mir is still a legit 245 to 250. I'd guess Lou here is a good 6'4" annd 260.
