I met Lou Ferrigno, in the 1980's at a Mr. Olympia contest when I was 10 at Universal Studio's. I will never forget it. He shook my hand and asked if I was enjoying the event. After I told him I was, he then accidently went into the women's bathroom. I remember he was in his suit. I'm very fortunate to have met him. Also, one of his family members was my nurse after I came out of my coma in 1983. She used to show me pictures of Lou in a garage. I wanted to be a body builder when I was a kid before I got addicted to martial arts.

Watching, Lou Ferrigno at 72, he deffes what I commonly percieve as the average 72 year old. Thank to David J. Mahoney and Lou for getting together and conducting this interview. Given how good this interivew is, are there additional parts to it waiting to be edited and posted on KZbin?

@@samlambert8414 Not currently as it’s in a photo album, I might put it onto Reddit or something someday though. The only pic I can easily find is my mom holding me with Lou beside me. He was super nice though from what my parents told me. Took a few pictures and signed a poster for us. This was around 20-21 years ago
