Lyrics: They tied his arms behind his back To teach him how to swim They put blood in his coffee And milk in his gin They stood over the soldier In the midst of the squalor There was war in his body And it caused his brain to holler Make the sacrifice Mutilate my face If you need someone to kill I'm a man without a will Wash the razor in the rain Let me luxuriate in pain Please don't set me free Death means a lot to me The pain was lean and it made him scream He knew he was alive He put a pin through the nipples on his chest He thought he was a saint I've made love to my mother, killed my father and brother What am I to do When a sin goes too far, it's like a runaway car It cannot be controlled Spit upon his face and scream There's no oedipus today This is no play you're thinking you are in What will you say Take the blue mask down from my face And look me in the eye I get a thrill from punishment I've always been that way I loathe and despise repentance You are permanently stained Your weakness buys indifference And indiscretion in the streets Dirty's what you are and clean is what you're not You deserve to be soundly beat Make the sacrifice Take it all the way There's no "won't" high enough To stop this desperate day Don't take death away Cut the finger at the joint Cut the stallion at his mount And stuff it in his mouth

@Mister Arnauna to me: horrible swansong... But: 2005 Lou was a boss... too much smoke machines: "he seemingly try to kill me." Place86, 4th row...51€. 11th of May 2005. Almost 17 years ago. One drunk shouted behind:" Come on! We are hurry." Row10 or 12... 4x 2m wearing black and glasses +then kinda new thing: earplug with loopwire... I was into my gf: "He's gonna fly off soon -and Reed got salutes, again for us. But we can lost one song because that fuxxxr..." Because 30 000€ were thread back then he wasn't recorded. Drummer was inside his plastic walls. Misstimings, doublebassars. His cymbals were made at hell. Bassist were same man played over 20yrs with him. Ring the bell? They changed instruments. LR is not a bassist :/ Ecstacy material (name song with beautiful cello player were just magical...)& the Blue Mask stuff (heavy!) Transformer must-be's were ok and Coney Island Baby one's... suprises. We walked out there 50cm from the ground and saw his black buss. We took some beers on our ex-town. We played next day improvizied song to us 8 artist collection. We had 3 doers. My Marshall were overdrived by my mother's Maruni Clock-radio from 1974. It had 2x 2W speakers. We used headphone-link and that made too late like anally dirtorted sustained rumble... strings were hammered by Conan the Barbarian. It's opening track of our first release. So our village had 16 000 residents I guess 277 had heard of LR. Or tVU. We were all three on his gig... I had all tVU & all LR -one album (Nah, it wasn't MMM... I bought it from our capital city 2001... inside it there was ticket and day and nro. Month and our row/line I remembered. It was just one of those few "I will never forgot this"-days.
