Hello Ladies, it's all about planning. Try to find a slimming world way to have what you want. You can have most things you want but you need to think of what you want the most, chips from the chippy that's deep fried and full of fat and bad for your heart or chips done the SW way that you can eat and stay healthy. Have a look at KZbin for Debbie does slimming world. If you're both doing slimming world why not swap some dishes, if one makes a curry and the other makes a lasange then swap a portion with eachother. Keep at it, meal plan. Hi Toni and Lou. I noticed how much more comfortable you are Lou in front of the camera and it’s lovely to see. I would love to speak French but i don’t think I would do it now lol. I have lost a couple of stone since joining SW but I am stuck on losing my goal weight. Up and down each week but I am an emotional eater so I have to stress less lol Thank you both for the laughs. ❤❤

Hi toni and lou I did the my heritage dna got results back now I was born in Scotland and live in Scotland always considered myself scottish but results are way different than I expected they came back as 65.9% English 25.5% north and West European and 8.6% Irish scottish and Welsh means lou you are more scottish than me lol

Brill video ladies, I started SW a similar time to you and I’m not doing too good but I know I lose it slow so am trying to be patient (a loss is a loss!). I decided to learn a diff language this year (I’m 50) I started learning French on duo lingo (a free app) am really enjoying it ❤

Yey chatty two video😍 i gave up with the sw and have kind of fallen into the keto and intermittent fasting i have celiac i cant eat wheat so im limited anyway im like you toni wheight alwys goes to my waist and boob areas at the moment im ok weight though i do have a sweet tooth galaxy chocolate mmmm 😊 i did french at school regret not taking it serious such an idiot teacher only said wee or oui and couldnt look at my mate ange for rest of class thinking of doing DNA both sides of my family are Irish..❤

I'm Scots lived here in malta 42yrs so can speak maltese which is a mixture of French Arabic n Italian everyone here speaks maltese n English from babies n most speak Italian too n understand Arabic I think Italian would be easy for u to learn keep up the chats u are a scream 😂
