A bench player who is the face of his franchise. I really don't see why to so many people coming off the bench means that you're not as good as the starters. I don't look at it that way. Manu, Lou Will and others have proven that bench players can be more impactful than starters, when their coaches use them correctly.

Evan Turner: 18 kk Allen Crabbe: 18.5 kk George Hill: 19 kk Harrison Barnes 23.1 kk Gordon Hayward: 31.2 kk While a case can be made that Gordon as an expected starter when he signed that contract, Evan and Allen were never starters in any of the teams they played in. George Hill has not started a single game for the Bucks, where he is the second highest paid player. In the Clippers, 5 out of the 6 best paid players are bench players. Lou is the 3rd best paid player. Bench players don't necessarily get paid less than the starters.
