"boring" or "vain?" What I take away from this video is her unapologetic confidence. A quality i highly value. I agree with her about being yourself and creating a life for yourself around that basis and never for 1 second doubting yourself. Owning it and knowing that anything is possible. I've watched a few of these videos now - always seems to me the ones where people are largely 'omg she is awesome' they are videos of boring prats. Then you get videos like this where everyone thinks she's vain and boring. I think she's great. If you listened to what she was saying without all the slow-motion model/fashion shoot footage, it's a simple tale of a person and their life. These films would work so much better (and portray the subject more tactfully) if the people were just combing through their closet, trying on and talking about the various pieces rather than preening all over the sofa while their own voice-over talks about some sh!t they did.

i feel like she understands herself and where the "bored and egomaniacal" vibe might come from is the fact that she doesn't feel the need to explain the motives behind her decisions even if they can be perceived negatively. I think by her loving her own life and living it to her fullest is doing the world great justice because of the example it sets of living your truth so you can provide for, maintain, and manage yourself. that's success to me and it's not to be criticized when there is no inherent evil existing within it that affects others. There truly is no need for your comment, as it is boring and egomaniacal in itself. With regard to what she does for herself, the contribution that she makes towards taking the potential of her life and doing so much with it that she loves, I do not see how you can hate. it is apparent you do not understand the qualities of the human race that should be fostered and nurtured. go be negative to yourself. or someone who hurts people.

I think the editing is what gave this vibe through. She seems very down to earth and authentic to me. I don't tgink she thinks too high of herself.
