came here to hear a loud crack as you stated in the title. All I heard was a table

Thanks for your comment! I apologize for the confusion. The drop is very loud (which is why I have LOUD! in the title). This technique it is harder to hear the "crack" from the manipulation. Please refer to other manual adjustment videos to see/view chiropractic adjustments with loud cracks specifically!

Drop tables don't do anything accept make noise.

I appreciate your comment, but I have to disagree. There are a multitude of case studies in which drop table adjustment techniques were utilized, and objective/subjective improvements were achieved.

The drop table is to make SURE your patient hears some noise to make them THINK they are hearing some healing power pops taking place!!🤣… that way when they pay the money 💰 it feels like they been justified!!!!☝️🤣🤣🤣🤣👏👏👏

@@campbellmarty36 I appreciate your comment, but that is simply untrue. The drop table technique is not just about the noise. It's a tool for chiropractors to adjust joints, especially when a patient has significant guarding or contraindications to regular adjustments. The mechanism provides a gentle yet effective method to help realign the spine and other joints. Patient well-being and effective treatment are always the top priorities. Always great to keep learning about the many tools and techniques in the healthcare field!

Im gonna have to agree with this. And even if thats not why it was made, it definitely has a massive impact on why its used to often. If it was for other reasons they would be made out of quieter materials.

You are entitled to your opinion, but to think that this table is used "to make noise" like you seem to be inferring, is a little ridiculous. We care about patient results, not loud noises and sham adjustments.@@Bshades
