This is a rlly good point actually I think eject gives a bigger speed boost but box of chocolates is probably useful in more situation and the speed boost lasts longer than that of an eject

Tip for distracting w 3 speed: take pops, wear dog plush and speedy shoes. If you dont want pop, wear ribbon spool and dog plush. Tho u can only distract even floors its good!
