Paid $540 for single day VIP tickets for 2. Friends of our paid normal price for general admission. They went to the Flagler stage an hour and a half early to watch the elects team events we sat in the VIP are and about t30 minutes before the event walked over to get into the VIP no entry, full. Tried to get into the general admission areas, big lines, full. So after paying for the VIP so I knew I could get into events , no entry. So went back to the VIP area and waited for the next event. Went to the bayside venue an hour early and no entry. Gave up went back to the hotel and watched everything on my iPad for free. Spent $540 to get privileged seating and a few other things and never got to see any of the elite events. So for future reference, just get there 1-2 hours early at the given venue and you might get in. Really a huge waste of money and will not be going back until they find a way to get more seating capacity. This was a real rip-off. Sure would like to get my money back but that won’t happen.

Tremendous comp ruined by the coverage. The broadcasting issues particularly on Day 1 with the signal was terrible for such a high profile event. The camera work was terrible - unable to track any action outside of a few teams. Some teams barely got any screen time yet we were watching heat after Heat of ham and eggers. Particularly the lift coverage was shocking. But the worst of all is Shaun and Chase. How they keep getting the gig at these events is such a travesty. Every event they make false statements and then have to correct themselves. "The lift must be finished in 30 seconds" 2 minutes later "if they start the lift they can finish it". Chase making statements about teams leads that just are not true. Don't get me wrong they both have done well to promote and grow the sport and give it a foothold but its time to move on because its actually now a huge detractor and makes it a hard listen.
