My neighbor has had two kids ten years apart that are a human hyper whistles screaming. Just when you think one out grew it another one appeared! We can't even use our backyard because it just is shrill allllllll the time. We had a few years there we were able to get the yard back between kids but that was ripped away from us in an instant. It's pure torture. Oh, and she just had another baby ffs stoppppp have kids. The mom must be 45 already and has 5 kids. At least 3 weren't scream whistles tho. Make it stop!

For those who want to try, a soft drink cap works the same way, but isn't as sharp nor loud: make two closed fist, thumbs up signals with each hand, and place them together. Cap should be resting between thumbs and top of your fist. Bring thumbs down over the upside-down cap. Bow thumbs inward, making a V-shape, and a triangle shape with the cap. Blow sharply into the pocket made with the cap and thumbs in a manner similar to that to make a whoot sound out of a empty bottleneck. Done right, it's hella loud.
