What a nice blocking pin. It sleeps in one house and works in another position! I hope Louet is paying you big bucks, because you are one fabulous and excellent demonstrator/presenter/educator. You lead me to wish I could afford one. Forward this to them. They owe you. You are a super-pro. You have gone beyond world-class weaving to world-class demonstration and education. Love your work. I do.

Can you let me know how much is the electronic dobby loom is

If I want to creative weaving like painting art and carpet weaving.which one will be better
@LouetWorldwide4 жыл бұрын
The Delta would be a good choice for carpets. The Spring loom would work too. Weaving like painting art - Tapestry/Framelooms are probably best. This is a hard question to answer as there are many factors.

As I think of it, these floor looms are best for repetitive patterns. For tapestry, you need to adjust basically every single shot. So heddles are more or less in the way and you manipulate the threads by hand. If you want to weave in tabby mostely, you can use a very simple, single heddle loom and adjust the colours in the weft. But free patterns are best done (if of course much slower) free hand.

Would there be a video for the table looms (Jane & Erica) soon?
@LouetWorldwide6 жыл бұрын
We hope to have an Erica one, soon!
@kohchenchen6 жыл бұрын
Definitely looking forward to it. I am trying to hard to decide between the two and there's barely any videos on them!

Does the David come with a sliding beater now or is it the swinging beater?/overhead
@LouetWorldwide6 жыл бұрын
It's a sliding beater! Check the current listing for more details :) www.louet.com/david

Nice loom, but I have to disagree with the method of holding the beater in position with the non throwing hand. That is a design issue.
