While they were given these ideas and society, they were robbed of the chance of doing that themselves. I think one of the reasons why they are not able to create a functional society this way is because they don't feel like it's their. And they feel anger towards europeans and distrust in one another.

In my experience travelling and working overseas the best police forces have uniforms that fit well. Baggy, ill-fitting uniforms are (usually) a sign of a lower standard of policing.

It is probably from the sun, sun exposure and damage over time can cause yellowing of the whites of eyes. People in Australia get it too, if they aren't careful in the sun. It's usually in older people as the damage builds over a long time.
