What no-one seems to be mentioning is his potential role in the run defence. Because there are no pads in rugby and dangerous collisions are forbidden, players have to rely on tackling technique. In my view, rugby players are significantly better in the tackle compared to the standards in the NFL. The Chiefs should be making use of this.

The Olympics 7s rugby is more international teams world circuit. A shorter game with more open field and constant running due to less players. Lrz played 15s rugby union which is franchise/provincial. From there get selected for the national team 15s for test matches, world cups ect. 15s is more prestigious, longer game and more tactical and psychical. Some players adapt to both forms of rugby Hope he cracks it in the return game with new rules could open up the laterals/offloads i hope.....If anybody is interested in learning more the All Blacks(NZ) vs fiji 15s test match is actually in america which is rear. I think it’s very unwise, and naive to crown this guy anything. He has never ever played American football. That means he has never been tackled by someone wearing equipment at full speed. NFL coaches everywhere all say, “everyone looks good in shorts”.

getting hit whilst wearing pads is gonna be the absolute least of his problems. Try getting hit at full speed wearing no pads.
