It’s really hard to feel bad for Louis, because while sure his quest for acceptance and appreciation makes him the most human and relatable character, he’s also just a conniving weasel who will go scorched earth the second he doesn’t get his way (at least in the earlier half of the series).

Jude Jellingham yes in real life, multiple associates would probably approach gerrard in the office but entertain tv shows have to streamline things to make it watchable. Are you really telling me you would want to watch 20ish associates swarm Gerrard when he got off the elevator and start brownnosing? That does not sound like very enjoyable tv. Choosing to have one attorney (lewis) do that gets the point across that he is a respected man, and it keeps the show watchable and the plot moving.

Don't you hate in season six episode 1, to trouble, Mike is gone to prison, and the rest of them are back at the firm. I hate how fast Jessica jumps down Louis's throat. She says Louis this firm has being gutted because of your recommendations. It was not Louis, it was Harvey, but twice Jessica is so fast to blame Louis, even Harvey comes to his defense. It was Harvey who wanted to make the deal with Evan Smith, to try and save Mike not Louis.
