I love the galet color!! But I’m not sure if I would want it in the alma. Just because of the structure of the bag for some reason I find black more classic. However if you own a bunch of black bags (which I do not) I do understand that you would go for Galet!

Thank you for your comment! I try not to use it in the rain because I do feel like you can see the raindrops a bit easier on Epi Leather than any other leather, but on the occasional days where I did not prepare for rain it hasn't gotten damaged or anything. I hope this helps!

@@DilaraBosak Thank you! I was worried the drop would be too low for my taste but I’m quite tall so it should be fine. I’m considering the epi leather version because I don’t wear a lot of brown and neither of the canvas ones would suit my wardrobe. I will probably go for black because it’s the most neutral

Do you stuff it when not in use? If not I recommend it otherwise the epi may indent over time I can see it starting on your bag. Thank you for the review xx

I never put so much stuff in my alma rose ballerine bag, however I noticed that along the way it suddenly became a bit crooked and I really cant feel the smoothness of the zipper as what others keep telling. Do I need to be worried? My bag is 1 year old now and has used maybe 3-4 times.

Hi dear, I was wondering what you ended up doing with your bag? If nothing yet, I would definitely advise you to go by your local LV store and have it checked out. It is always better to do this sooner than later because if you wait too long they will not be able to tell whether it is due to the quality of the product or the use of the owner. Coincidentally I just filmed a video comparing the 2, this one will be up next week! Here I will compare what fits and the pro's and con's of each bag. It does come down to what you are planning to use it for. I love the Alma only when I hold it or wear it on the arm. If I am wanting to wear a crossbody bag, I notice I prefer the Metis because it is flat on your body and you can fit much more in it. What is also important is that the Alma's strap is not adjustable, so in some cases it can be too long for people. For me it's still manageable (I am 1.61M), however if you are shorter than that it might be a tad too long. The Metis, on the other hand, is a very functional bag and doesn't always look 'chique' (I find it can sometimes make your outfit look too business-y if that makes sense), so when I go out (when we still could) I preferred the look of the Alma. I hope this helps! Do you have any other bags that are similar to any of these models? Maybe that can also help you in the decision making process. I would love to hear more!

It depends what kind of scratch. For everyday use it doesn’t get those little scratches as easily as soft leather bags, however if you accidentally scratch your key aside of it you cannot fix it as well as a soft leather bag. I hope this helps!

As we have been in lockdown most of this year I might not have been able to use it as much as I wanted to. Right now the wear and tear has been great - no crazy damages or scratches! But I have to say I am quite careful with it. If it’s raining I don’t use this bag for example. Maybe in a couple of months I can re-visit this part! Thank you for your time!
