Keep in mind the Croisette is much more limited in terms of space because you cannot remove the wallet and divider like you can on the Felicie, it’s much flatter and thinner and you’ll be even more restricted on what you can place inside! It’s basically an actual wallet on a chain where you get much more versatility with the Felicie!

@@samsensation786 I just bought a preowned favorite mm... LV doesn’t have anything of that size right now, it’s all too small or too big 😞 so many people are disappointed that it’s discontinued. The Felicie is just too small for me, you can’t even carry your sunglasses in it.

The Felicie is extremely limited with space and does not have any flexibility and the Favorite you can fit a lot more. I say ask yourself the purpose this bag with for and go with what you don’t already have something similar to and what you will be needing more of!

I don’t get why people want to stuff their compact bag with every single thing as much as possible. When I use a wallet on chain I do carry essential items like key fob, credit cards and most importantly, a lipstick and gums. I do carry more stuffs like cosmetic pouch, and a card holder or a mid size purse.

The favorite is much better. It's bigger and fits more. It's so convenient to get in and out of. And the magnet is very strong. Obviously if u over stuff it it's not gonna close just like the Felicie wouldn't button. This was a very biased review

Of course it was biased as it was based on my personal opinion - haha, we cannot all like the same things. I do not speak for the entire LV community and everyone will have their own preference and this was simply mine. Structure or a lack of it is simply personal preference. The Hermès Kelly is a great example of a very structured bag; there’s no way I would buy one, its look is way too stuffy and uptight for me. I ended up buying a preowned Favorite MM because the Felicie is just too small for my needs and LV doesn’t currently have anything comparable in their offerings. Living in California I always need my sunglasses within reach as well as my regular reading glasses, so I need that bit of extra room the Felicie and other similar styles can’t provide. Hopefully they will launch a style that has a similar footprint to the Favorite in the future, it’s still a very popular bag.

I am so close to purchasing the félicie but any other pros you can give me that would give me that extra push? I guess my concern is if this bag is more for younger women? Taller women? I'm 5'1 and on the heavy side, not sure if I can rock it.

Regardless of your shape, I think the bag suits everyone however keep in mind it will sit lower on you because of your height so you may want to double up the chain to make it shorter to accommodate to your frame. I am 5’6” and it is a low hanging bag when I wear it over the shoulder Xx

Hi! Love your vid! Found yours just after I bought Felicie in Noir empriente leather. I was in dilemma between these two. I was thinking that now that Favorite MM is discontinued (and prices are ridiculous in the resale market), it made me even more cautious to jump into purchasing an item similar to Favorite MM bcos I think my heart was set for it. I have the Eva in DE and also feel that it would not be too different from Felicie in terms of size (as compared to Favorite MM). The selling point for Favorite MM to me is it is unstructured thus can be stuffed more, and that it has magnetic closure which means it is easier to insert or take out items. In the end, I told myself to give Felicie a chance by getting it in a print / type I don't already have in that size. I would still want the Favorite MM for a different purpose though, but would only do so if somehow I can get it direct from LV 😆 Your vid made me feel gd about my Felicie 😃. Have a lovely day!

Unfortunately the Favorite is just about impossible to get in the United States. They won’t even put you on a wait list. I’ve check with several different stores and with LV directly.

Obviously they are different in size but some people do not have the Luxury of living near a boutique and want to see the difference so yes while they may be obvious to you it can be helpful to others who’ve not had a chance to see and touch the bags in person.

i feel favorite mm is actually a better bag as it can be carried casual or more formal but the felicie is more formal and looks like it fit the younger group of LV users. Felicie is not as roomy as the favorite mm and required the additional pouch and card holder to help make it compact while I can just use any wallet and key holder on my favorite mm without the need to switch wallets or anything. Finds favorite mm more versatile and used it for just about any trip to the supermarkets to shopping malls to even nicer dinners at a good restaurant without feeling out of place with my bag. If you got sick of the favorite mm and wants to sell it, you often find the bag sells way above their usual price when it's in a good condition while felicie is like any other bag that sells lower than original price even when unused.The only bad thing about the favorite mm is that it's not as pretty as Felicie or easily available which is the main grip many people have about this bag.

You should have come right out and say that you hate the Favorite mm lol. I own both and they are obviously different bags. While the favorite is a casual, roomier everyday bag, the Felice is smaller and slightly dressier. Even more so In the empriente or vernis leather rather than in the monogram.

App other girls are usually torn between these 2 bags because they are the more affordable daily bag & they clearly don’t care to compare it to an Eva since that model is old & no longer relevant & not what they are debating on purchasing! And I agree w/ her I hated the sloppy shape of the Fav MM & PM( I have the three prints in both sizes) they were just stored in the boxes w/ no use so I gave them to my 12yr old... And I use my 4 felicies all the time they’re my daily quick grab & go.. & for nice occasions the MM shouldn’t be your go to bag, lv has many better options for classy events

Practicality has nothing to do with it. The point was to show how much you can fit in each bag so you can get ideas of capacity and limitations. It doesn’t matter how practical my items are, I could have used rocks and sticks to demonstrate capacity but the narrative remains the same.
