My only Louis Vuitton unboxing was awfull because the box was empty. The bag has been stolen during shipping with UPS and Louis Vuitton does not care. I had to go to the Police , contact Paypal and now hope to get a refund . Louis Vuitton only want your money , never again for me.

@@marie-pierreperez6824 Wow! I cannot believe UPS did not take responsibility for that. So sorry that happened. That’s really awful. I can’t imagine having that happen and no one is held accountable. A similar story with me. I sent back a mini Jimmy Choo bucket bag in lavender that I purchased at Bloomingdales. They never received it and apparently it went to an Amazon facility. I went to small claims court 4 months later and I asked for an extension to get more proof. Then the attorney had to cancel for a medical procedure and the date it was rescheduled, something important came up in my family so I didn’t show up. So I’m out $750. Thank goodness it was not more. It was bad enough but it could’ve been worse. TFW🙏🏻☺️
