Is this superfluous if you already have Malle's The Moon? Any preference between the two (if price is taken out of the equation)?

For Me, The Moon is more exciting as a fragrance and more for special events. I don't wear it too often. Sure Ombre Nomade is luxurious too but it is relatively more wearable. Not as fruity/leathery/smoky/animalic/no huge projection. So if you are into Oud, I don't think it is redundant. Overall, I prefer the Moon.

Ombre nomade / jubilation xxv / promise / the moon for a wedding day??? And why

I would go with Jubilation XXV as it is the more elegant and easiest to pull off from the ones you mentioned. No hint of animalics, can work indoors, warmer situation etc.. people are likely to appreciate it more as it's not that strange.
