Hi Angie, I just received my speedy b 25 and part of the piping is hollow and other parts are scrunched. I’m having trouble exchanging since I purchased with PayPal, but would I be able to have the piping repaired or deemed defective? Thanks in advance

so i have a neverfull bag that i bought in august of 2020. but the glazing on the handles, side straps and the top of the purse is melting and some parts are missing. is this considered a quality issue or defective?

Thank you for the information!! I do have a question if you can help. I had to send back my Turtledove Neverfull- brand new. Turned out the stitching started to yellow 2 months after purchase. My SA at the store at first wasn’t reliable. But long story short- I have a replacement coming. Inside the Neverfull was a pouch. There was nothing wrong with the pouch- just the bag. Do I have to send that item back too? Just trying to get a real opinion from a previous employee! I’d like to know all my options. Thanks!!:)

@@AngieSayLess it was such a hassle, one of the most complicated and worst customer service experiences i have had. the manager didn’t even look over the second bag i received. it was horribly stitched AND looked used. finally i got a better replacement. i should’ve said i misplaced the pouch, but i was so sick of dealing with them! thanks for the help!

Hi Angie, i bought my multiple wallet through the LV app, i notice there's a thin layer of transparent coating on the canvas started peeling off(looks like we put some glue on hand and after few minutes you can peel it off) is that normal? Its brand new i found it out 2nd day i got it It arrived on 14/7/22.

Can you do an even exchange for the same exact bag or do you have to get a credit? Asking because my brand new neverfull has a scratch in the canvas and two days after I bought it it went up in the price increase… I just want the same bag though not a credit

Its based off the manager & client advisors discretion, typically exchanges happen if its a quality issue but many customers don't know what a quality issue may be so always take it back and see if your issue is covered under a quality issue.

Hi Angie I bought a bag and all four corners of my canvas have holes I went in to LV because I do believe it was a manufacturing design issue as the corners are folded (style of bag). They said it's wear and tear what can I do? It was just under 2 year mark.

What happens when you have a bag and it starts to lose its shape after having it less than 6 months. I have a onthego bag. The sides of the bag are not up straight they are showing curving. My friend at work has one just like mine and hers hasn't done that. What's your opinion?

Honestly maintaining the bag shape when not using them is key, use the dust bag and small pillows to maintain shape. You can try and bring it back within 2 years but I don't see them exchanging it for the shape unless it looks like a factory issue
