I absolutely love that bag! Its only defect - for me - is that it does not have a shoulder strap. But it is beautiful and a lot less expensive that a steamer trunk! Thank you for the video.

I love how passionate you are about vintage and your vintage finds. It’s so fun. I love vintage too. I am sensitive to bag weight so I have to be careful with that! The keepall 50 B, for example, when full is sooooo heavy to me. I am more of a crossbody girl too now, but I remember the hand held and shoulder bags of the early 2000s and still crush on them!

Caleb excellent video. I love how you give a history of the bags. This purse is big I would for sure carry it. We call them the getaway bags. Cause when our husbands see the bill. We might have to get away fast. Lol. I love the subtleness of the bag. Very classy. You get the clutch it will fit you good.

I loved the Suhali line back in the day but it was always just too expensive back then. I did buy a huge wallet from the line but returned it, it was literally the size of a clutch! The bags are massive and heavy with no crossbody options, but that kind of described all the It bags back then.

Suhali Le Talentueux Bag and Suhali Le Fabuleux Bag, I’m a sucker for the brass corners, just love these. Suhali L'Ingenieux PM in black, I am eyeing one 😉 . The newly released Monogram Clutch was done in multicolor back in the day on the runway but never produced for sale, I have pics. I was pleasantly surprised to see the design pop up again with the new leathers etc.

I don’t like big bags I never have when I was in my 20s the biggest bag I ever had was a speedy 30 my favorite size is a Fendi baguette that is like the perfect size for me. I love tiny bags ❤ that LV you have looks so classy though, I would’ve definitely carried it back in the day it gives me Y2K vibes.❤ are used to have a bag similar with the lock on the front and it had pleated satin. I had two different ones. I forget the name they had draw strings on the sides. One of them had gold, metallic leather, and one of them had silver I believe satin printed monogram in pink, and then I had a turquoise canvas, one with gold monogram on it and the handles were chain like locks that were linked together I remember seeing Paris Hilton with one similar back in the early 2000s and I ended up getting a couple. I think I also had a third one that was all black leather with silver metallic trim I’ve sense sold those bags years ago I wish I would’ve held onto one of them.I never see them anywhere until I was watching someone’s closet tour and they had one. I can’t remember who it was. I want to say Paris Hilton she still has one of her bags from back in the day. I might be wrong. Let me know if you know the bag I’m trying to think about lol?

Caleb! I just had to come back to tell you my Suhali L'Ingenieux PM just arrived 30 mins ago and it's BEAUTIFUL! WOW! Yes mine is caved down like yours but not stuffed in a box! Lol.🤣 I think it's just the weight of the bag but oh my gosh other then that it is near immaculate! I'll try the saliva technique on the S lock like you suggested.😆. I have a question. The latch inside on the frame (not the S lock) does not lock in tight. If I stuff the bag (which I did trying to get shape back) it doesn't stay shut at all. The S lock does keep the mouth of the bag from opening up all the way. Anyway I wish it was a tighter and would snap into place. When not stuffed it does latch in, but it's not very strong. Is yours pretty solid?

Debbie! Ahhh!! I'm so excited for you!! I've found that packing mine a certain way helps to keep it standing up- but I think you're right- the bag is so heavy it just collapses lol. Now I have the opposite problem- the little latch inside the bag is super stiff, I'm always worried I'll rip the leather tab off the front opening it lol! I recommend taking yours into LV if you can and see if maybe a spring inside the mechanism isn't loose or something. But I hope you're loving your new bag!! And yes! Try the saliva- it works lol!!

@@CalebSnell 😆🤣😂 gosh I wish mine snaped in like yours! Lol. I was just in LV, didnt even think to inquire about the latch! Smh. I took my Suhali there to get a bandeau! I decided on the Ultimate Monogram BB bandeau. It has the brown monogram print along with the reverse monogram print (aka "peanut butter" lol), pink, white and black. On the end where you tie a knot I slipped in the classic LV bag charm in gold. Looks good. No where to clip a bag charm so that is one way! I feel I need a bag organizer as I'm not liking that sagging behind it has!🤣 I may change out the hardware, depends. I won't worry about that now as I'm not trying to send the bag off for 4 months or more!

Yes! All goatskin and trimmed in smooth calfskin. They're beautifully constructed! This one does weigh a lot, but they had other smaller models if you're interested in getting a Suhali!
