@@Bagellatte I like it, but I'm a bit disappointed by it. I was the patches or stickers (whatever you want to call them) were of different places and not Louis Vuitton patches/stickers. Like actually travel patches from different cities. It does look beautiful but all the patches seem to be Louis Vuitton patches.

@totesgene yea that's what I thought of too. My SA said it looks bigger in real life..and the patches are everywhere.. I just like that vintage feel but not so much of the patch & size. I think 25 is a greater size

I used to spent on auth for more than $80k before. I was so regret and wished I would know about high quality repliacas earlier so I could save a lot. Agree about LV’s men’s section!! Loving the Keepall Bandoulière 25 and some of the men’s ready to wear tops seem to be more reasonably priced than comparable women’s pieces. It’s like dry cleaning - men’s shirts cost a lot less than women’s ‘blouses’ even though they’re shirts and usually much smaller.

I have *suluxs* I’ve owned for over a decade. There were men who use to sell them on the streets on the Upper East Side in the evenings. My authentic leather Classic is like butter now. Luxury is subjective, like art. Nothing is really essential, but food.

Love this bag, congrats. I agree, with a Speedy you def need a long strap. I do store my Hermes and Loewe bags in dust bags but my others I don’t. I keep everything on shelves except the ones I use most are hanging on a rack for convenience. I do pull my Hermes & Loewes out to breathe every couple months, I’ve always done that.

Live in the Valley of the Sun (Scottsdale, Arizona) where, for me, it’s a necessity to keep bags in dust bags because of the dust. Barely double digit humidity here so even with automatic HVAC fan and dual pane heavy duty windows fine powdery dust still finds its way indoors. Sometimes wonder why I bought a black car with black leather interior and got after market window tinting.

I lvoe the vibrant colors, also. It's weird that they didn't do the orange in any of the Speedy's. And they didn't do all the colors in all the sizes. I'm glad they didn't do orange because that would have been so hard to pass up, but blue is a better option for the money, IMO, because it goes with everything.

Thank you. This bag has treated vachetta, so my understanding is it's not going to patina. The Side Trunk has treated too, and I got caught in a downpour with it and there's not a single mark on the vachetta. I don't really worry about raw vachetta too much though.

Hi Gene, congrats on your new LV bag! Your channel does one of the best bag reviews. Could you compare this Pop with your regular speedy b 25 monogram? I would like to get the monogram, but I would also like it to be carefree to take out at any time without needing to check the weather forecast. This would rule out the raw vachette. Why doesn't LV listen to their customers and provide an option with treated vachette? Their monogram bags would fly off the shelves! What are you thoughts?

I am going to do a review of this Pop Speedy and have a comparison to my Monogram Speedy. That will be up in 2 weeks. Gotta use the Pop bag more. The Pop Speedy has treated vachetta as does my Odeon and Side Trunk, so they are worry free. I got caught in a downpour with my Side Trunk it got wet, and there are no marks on the vachetta. I home LV heads more in the treated vachetta direction.

The *suluxs* are really good these days. Especially LV. To be honest, a birkin or a Kelly at the end of the day, is really just a simple bag to make.. so it’s not that hard to make it perfectly like the authentic. I say it’s a win. I own a couple and I’m not ashamed. I’ll save the 20,000 plus per bag and use it for my children and trips instead.
