I would love to see a "shopping my wardrobe" type video where you maybe get a few prompts from socials of like "a date night outfit", "a school function outfit" etc and then you go through the things you already own and put together outfits! You could even ask one of your lovely friends to come and help you style your outfits so you could have a chit chat and a bit of bants together

I love hearing about business stuff that is more sensible and less "hustle culture". I admire the way you said you speak about your childhood with your children. I had a traumatic experience that is part of my life and when my kid was small she would bring it up randomly, in front of strangers etc. because it was part of her learning to understand the world and assimilate that knowledge. It's so hard but also so healing to speak about it in such a matter-of-fact way, I think. My kid definitely helped me work through a lot of feelings around that trauma and she will never know how much she impacted my healing ❤

Looove hearing your approach with your girls, like how you talk to them about your childhood and how you're openly managing Darcy's phone usage. These are things that make all the difference in a child's relationship with their parents, social media, friends, etc, and wish I had a parent who did that for me!

I’m similar age to you and I feel that we have all gone past the “Brit crew”. I think sometimes the KZbin audience (younger especially) hang on to those days and forget that we get older and grow up essentially and friendships change and we move on in life and sometimes there are reasons and none at all. I think your content has grown in a good way, especially for us older KZbin audience 😅

Thank you so much for that last bit about ads. I have an adblocker because ads are an absolute nightmare for me because I startle really easily 🤦‍♀but I've always felt really guilty because I know that having them helps the people I watch and enjoy. Also, I'm the only child of a child abuse survivor. I don't know if your girls tell you this (or if they're old enough to really grasp the whole sitch) but thank you guys for ending the cycle and giving us homes and lives full of the love that you were denied. I know it wasn't easy for you, but it means the world to us kids that you chose to give us better lives. 💗💗💗

I really love you saying you're "intrusive" about Darcy's social media and messaging usage. So many parents think it is "a violation of privacy", but you are the parent and need to know their world. There are ways to set guidelines, monitor usage, and discuss what's appropriate without violating your child's privacy. They need to be supervised. When I was teaching, so many parents had no clue what was going on with their children in the digital world.

I watched the old KZbin & I loved it. I have completely grown up with KZbin. I am now a mum and like watching the mum style videos that are more relatable to myself. Old KZbin was just challenge videos, make up and clothes halls. I personally think with the cost of living & the way we are today it’s just not sustainable to go and do a massive ASOS hall while people can’t afford to buy essentials. Chit chat vlogs and day in the life’s seem to be what I click on x

I've recently come back to watching you and other youtubers I used to watch when I was young. It's been nice to see everyone mature and to see how we have evolved with this technology and ever-changing social media. I loved to hear your thoughts about feeling nostalgic about the glitz and glam from back in the early days but that you prefer the smaller, more humble scale you're at now. This world is so crazy but it's so comforting to come to youtube and see how others live, and check back on all the people who have been here for such a long time. Thanks for providing such cozy content!

Louise I really related to your work chat! As a 25 year old marketing exec working for a corporate London company, I have to say that it’s definitely not exciting and it’s taught me that cosy offices and small teams are much more my vibe! Big, noisy offices make me feel overwhelmed (not to mention the commute into work) and I’m glad to work from home most of the time. So don’t feel guilty about not being able to provide your team with the exciting office environment- so many people prefer a more chilled environment!

As someone who had an abusive childhood, and also difficult adulthood really....its interesting hearing your take and views on how to tell your children about it etc. My daughter is only 3 at the moment (and another on the way) and I've always said I'll be open and honest with my children about my childhood and experiences however I've always wondered how I would be. I'd love to get further advice on how to handle this, how much information to go into that age appropriate but I suppose that is down to the individual child as well. Love your approach though. :-)

Fellow plus sized gal here 🙋🏻‍♀️totally get you on the feeling rubbish because of the poor fit!! I got my wedding dress from Clara Fitz Bridal in Worthing, almost everything I tried on fitted me (sizes between 18-24 in the samples if I remember rightly). The dress I bought was part of a 'trunk show' from Island Bridal and they were all lovely! The Bridal Suite (I think they're in Hampshire) look really good and size inclusive too!

My boy is the same age as Darcy and I too am deliberately intrusive on his online behaviours. It’s meant we have had some meaningful teachable moments about social skills, friendship and perception. Lovely chat Louise!
