I love anywhere with greenery. Nature always seems to be so calming. Especially when you’ve got stressors like exams or deadlines to meet. I haven’t been to Egypt in such a long time but I’d love to book up again.

How are you doing now (regarding the skin cancer)? I tend to only drink on special occasions now. Read too much about how alcohol can impact your mental health and it’s never pleasant having a hangover.

Thank you so much. It was fine actually. For Egypt we just had to show vaccine status. I had paper but at Gatwick they asked for the app. Other end was just showing the paper. Other than that it was tougher security at Sharm and lots of frisking but no other worries. More to come, keep posted :)

Hello Louise. Just stumbled on your channel and subscribed. We're Egypt fans too - but Hurghada. I was very sick last year, and we're flying for our 8th time in May, after me having a 8 month flying ban from my doctors. Your tip about not packing suncream etc because of weight restrictions is really useful. But wouldn't it be less expensive to by these in Egypt rather than at the airport? Im not sure about Sharm, but in Hurghada there is a super Shopping Mall called the Senzo, where you can find a huge supermarket. Enjoy your well earned holiday.

@@LouiseUsher Thank you so much❤❤ We go to the Mercure Hotel in Hurghada. Small but perfectly formed with a lovely sandy beach with direct access to the sea ! And in easy reach of the town centre, the famous Marina ( you have to have seen it but the restaurants there are rather pricey). Hugs

Hi. They give you those. They will be in the room when you arrive. Then you can get them changed each day with the guy who cleans the room.

Hi there - this was in March. The evenings can get cold, yes but if you are out of the wind during the days, it can still get a bit hot. I think during the UK winter, you have to go pretty far to have it hot hot. The biggest issue at the time of year is the water is so cold to get in and have a swim brr

It was a bit out of season for that. I used to enjoy Pataya, but I think that might have closed down. Honestly, the animation staff can help you with all of that

No. Coral sea holiday village is a different hotel. There are several holiday villages :)

Hi Chris. Yes tbh there was plenty. But please please ask to have a meeting with the chef to ensure no cross contamination. They are very accommodating. You’ll love it.

I have skin cancer and now having cancer treatment every 3 weeks iv drip plus tablets I am not aloud to have sun exposure and can’t drink alcoholic drinks I have 1 year of treatment I have been to the hotel before it’s beautiful there maybe if I get through my treatment this is we’re I want to come back too
