Great video. The only thing I would do differently is to simmer the butter and seasonings together, and then baste both sides before grill. After that, baste while cooking. Thanks for posting!

You should try surf fishing from the beach with cut mullet to catch bull reds, it is definitely a blast!! We usually catch 3-6 bull reds ranging from 20-40lbs and 35-45' long.

Heck yeah that's how I do it but gottah squeeze handfuls of limes all over it while it's cooking. Those throats 'saltwater quail' is the best part of a redfish and most people do not cut them out. Thanks for showing that part. By the way I start my fille cuts at the poop hole, much easier than trying to slice through all of those shoulder scales. If you have a mess of reds then doing that will dull that knife in no time.
