Thea when I made these last year The Easter on A Plate it was Grand. When i was mixing it up i didnt have enough Mint so I just put a teaspoon of Mint extract inside and it was Wonderful. Yummy

Loula I didn’t get hold of the usual cheese I normally use for flaounes. I’m glad I watched your video & recipe because now I’ll use the cheese I do have .. I love how you mention your mum & sister,, Thankyou Loula mou & wish me luck with my new type of cheeses . I just don’t use mastic & mahlepi , it doesn’t agree with me.. X
