Loussac Library: Portal of Perception Sculpture

Watch the fellows from Manifestation PDX build the magnificent Portal of Perception, a public art sculpture design built in Portland, Oregon and now installed in the Loussac Library in Anchorage, AK. This piece is the first major public art commission by metal artist team Richard Cawley, Gustav Sculptor and Dallas Swindle whose winning portal design was selected from a pool of 170 applicants.
